The customer required enhancements to meet the rebranding requirements for multiple forecourt and interior upgrades for a 4,600 SF Gas Station and Convenience Store to be completed at one time to benefit their operations and meet local and state compliance requirements. The renovations/upgrades included a complete selective demolition and removal of all existing interior and exterior building elements in conformance with EPA compliance requirements.

Scope
The design incorporated new exterior finishes, way-finding signage, casework, state-of-the-art kitchen prep area, LED fixtures, restroom finishes, and an efficient audio/visual system to enhance customer experience and improve store security.
