The renovation/upgrade included a complete selective demolition and removal of all existing interior and exterior building elements to meet proper site regulations and safety measures. The design incorporated new exterior finishes, way-finding signage, casework, state-of-the-art kitchen prep area, LED fixtures, restroom finishes, and an efficient audio/visual system to enhance customer experience and improve store security.

The customer required enhancements to meet the rebranding requirements for multiple forecourt and interior upgrades for a 4,600 SF Gas Station and Convenience Store to be completed at one time to benefit their operations and meet local and state compliance requirements. The renovations/upgrades included a complete selective demolition and removal of all existing interior and exterior building elements in conformance with EPA compliance requirements. The design incorporated new exterior finishes, way-finding signage, casework, state-of-the-art kitchen prep area, LED fixtures, restroom finishes, and an efficient audio/visual system to enhance customer experience and improve store security.

This project consisted of fast-track modernizations and stabilizations for a 3,300 SF Gas Station and Convenience Store consisting of upgrades, renovations and new builds/installs from concept to completion to meet the client’s aesthetic rebranding strategies with modern new features, equipment, fixtures and an updated appearance to enhance structural integrity and customer loyalty and maximize efficiency and safety. Installations included new underground gasoline tanks, new gas pumps/dispensers, concrete work, new gas canopy signage, and a new audio/visual system to enhance customer experience and efficiently and effectively improve interior and exterior security. Project management of a complete selective demolition and removal of all existing interior and exterior building elements was required. The design incorporated environmental security and upgrades of new exterior finishes, new way-finding signage, new casework, a new state-of-the-art kitchen prep area, new LED fixtures, and new restroom finishes aligned with environmental compliance regulations.
